Bilal Bava is an engineer, educator and researcher with a strong academic foundation and hands‑on experience in robotics and STEM education. With teaching experience spanning middle school, high school, and engineering institutions, he brings a balanced perspective that connects theory with real‑world application.
His academic journey includes advanced engineering studies and doctoral research in robotics, complemented by years of classroom teaching and international exposure as a robotics instructor and VEX coach. Through Bean Innovations, Bilal aims to help schools move beyond traditional learning models and adopt structured, future‑ready STEM education practices.
